Brian Dab

HR Manager

As HR Manager, Brian Dab oversees the day-to-day operations and planning for the human resources function.

Brian brings with him extensive experience in human resources, organizational change, employee relations, and project management. Most recently, Brian served as an HR Business Partner at Bloomberg LP, where he supported approximately 800 employees and more than 100 managers across the globe. In this role, he advised leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and feedback, while also supporting employee mobility and immigration. He also led major initiatives including pay transparency, workplace technology transformation, and employee engagement, and helped redesign onboarding processes to create a more seamless day-one experience.

Before joining Bloomberg, Brian held operations, HR, and project management roles across a range of organizations, including a venture capital firm, nonprofit organizations, and Camp Ramah in California. His diverse experience includes improving organizational processes, supporting employee engagement and operations, managing complex projects, and developing data-informed strategies, all of which will bring valuable expertise and perspective to JTS.

Brian holds an MBA in Human & Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a BA in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology, from The George Washington University.
