Summer Housing for College Interns

JTS offers accommodations for students spending the summer in New York City.

JTS is located at 3080 Broadway, steps away from Columbia University, Barnard College, and Union Theological Seminary, and a short walk to local eateries, shopping areas, and subway stations (116th and 125th Street Stations).

Our residence hall is just five years old and provides 24/7 security, access to the unparalleled JTS Library, the JTS Café, three courtyards, in-house catering, meeting and presentation spaces, and comfortable nooks in which to study, read, and relax.

The residence hall accommodates Shabbat observant guests. All residents using the kitchen facilities must observe kashrut.

AVAILABILITY

• Weekly between Sunday, June 7 through Sunday, August 9, 2026. 
• A minimum of 4 weeks is required. 
• Moves occur on Sundays.

ACCOMODATIONS

• Single room size: 8′ x 11′
• Includes a twin bed, dresser, armoire, desk, and chair
• Micro-fridge and microwave in every room
• A shared kosher kitchen located on the floor
• Rates per person – $2,600 for 4 weeks. $650 per additional week
