About the Speaker
Rabbi Mike Uram is the ninth Chancellor of The Jewish Theological Seminary and a nationally recognized leader in Jewish learning, engagement, and innovation. The author of the National Jewish Book Award–winning Next Generation Judaism, he has spent his career exploring how Jewish organizations can reinvent themselves to meet the needs of changing communities. Chancellor Uram focuses on new approaches to Jewish engagement and on breaking down the boundaries that can prevent people from developing full and meaningful Jewish identities.
