Mira Zakai, contralto, is professor of voice and head of Lied and Oratorio at Tel Aviv University’s Buchmann-Mehta School of Music. In her distinguished soloist career, Ms. Zakai performed with orchestras throughout the world. She is known as a skilled instructor.
For Ms. Zakai’s appearance at JTS, we have invited JTS cantorial students to prepare Israeli art songs for her to coach live.
