Where is Halakhah From? Revelation in Modern Jewish Thought and Law

How do modern Jewish thinkers and poskim understand the event and content of revelation? We will look at selections of their works, including several from hakdamot to halakhic texts, to learn how some of these figures draw on biblical and rabbinic themes to shed light on legal interpretation, rabbinic authority, and the relationship between the Written and Oral Torah.

This webinar is presented by Dr. Yonatan Brafman.
