“Renewing the Covenant, Renewing the World”
presented by Dr. David Kraemer

The holiday of Shavuot, we are told, is about receiving the Torah. But sources show that it is really about building a new world when the old one has been destroyed. Explore the development of the narratives of Shavuot with Prof. Kraemer and discover a model for radical re-imagining, one that celebrates the world being born rather than lamenting the world that has been lost.
