Sukkot and Kohelet: A time to rejoice or a time to agonize?

Kohelet’s weighty themes can seem out of place during zeman simhatenu. Some suggest that it was selected simply as the “leftover” after the other megillot were matched with other holidays, but we will explore how the book can in fact be understood as reinforcing the emotions and themes of Sukkot in powerful ways.

This webinar is presented by Dr. Stephen Garfinkel.
