Gather virtually with fellow high school seniors for a series of events designed to help you learn more about List College, Columbia University, and Barnard College. Feel free to pick and choose which events to attend or add them all to your “List”! You’re invited to meet the deans, sit in on JTS classes, speak with student leaders, and discover the limitless opportunities afforded to List College students.

Academic Panel: Meet the List College Academic Advisors 
Join the Admissions team and List College academic advisors to begin your in-depth exploration of List College. There’s no better way to picture yourself as a List College student than to hear from our students! Panelists will share their experiences in the Joint and Double Degree Programs and discuss their paths to List College, major options, extracurricular involvements, leadership experiences, internships, and much more. Following our opening session covering an academic overview of dual-degree requirements, the List College Academic Advisors and current students will respond to prepared questions as well as your questions submitted in the chat during the LIVE session.

Student Life and Residence Life Panel
Representatives from List College Student Life and Residence Life will share the unique highlights of our living-learning community. Hear from a robust group of current List College Joint Program and Double Degree Program about the limitless offerings on the JTS, Columbia and Barnard campuses. This session will cover topics including: on-campus living, vast extra-curricular opportunities, and Jewish Life.

Application Deep Dive
The Admissions team will guide you through the List College application and review process. During this session we will walk through the Common Application for List College together, offer tips on how to “boost” your application, review the financial aid process, and discuss how each application is reviewed. We will also hold a Q & A to answer any questions and best prepare you for the soonest application deadline: Early Decision on November 1.

Student Activities Fair
The List College education extends far beyond the classroom. Our student speakers will discuss the range of extracurricular opportunities from campus activities to Greek life to internships.

Alumni Panel
How does List College prepare you for your career? Hear from a panel of our esteemed alumni working in fields ranging from business, law, education, the arts, and more. Our alumni take great pride in their List College education and they look forward to sharing the ways their two degrees have been recognized by employers post-graduation. This panel will be moderated by the Director of JTS Alumni Affairs.

Barnard Bash
Calling all female applicants: this meet-up is a chance for you to learn more about what makes the Double Degree Program with Barnard College unique! Chat informally with current students and hear more about the Barnard women’s college experience. Even if you’re set on the Joint Program with Columbia, consider attending this session for more insight into the similarities and differences between both dual-degree program offerings.

Oneg with Admissions Interns
Need a way to “de-stress” and unwind amidst your application process? Our Admissions interns have prepared virtual games and activities to make “hanging out” online together an all-around fun time.
