Viktoria Bedo is in her third year as a rabbinical student at the Jewish Theological Seminary, and is pursuing an MA in Rabbinics. This year she is building Jewish community in Upper Manhattan based out of her home, as a JTS Millennial Engagement Fellow, in collaboration with Hillel’s Office of Innovation. Before attending JTS, she worked at the Cohen Center for Modern Jewish Studies at Brandeis University as a demographic research specialist. Viki graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis with a BA in Judaic Studies and Globalization Studies. She spent three years studying rabbinic texts in Jerusalem at the Conservative Yeshiva and the Schechter Institute. She is also a Wexner Graduate Fellow. Viki was born in Gothenburg, Sweden, and grew up in Budapest, Hungary.
