Professor Shalom Sabar and a group of scholars will be at the JTS-Schocken Institute in Jerusalem next week to discuss Sabar’s The Art of the Ketubbah, a beautiful new book from The JTS Library that showcases and offers commentary on the Library’s remarkable collection of ketubbot. Those who can’t come in person can watch the livestream of the event, which will be in Hebrew.
