Join JTS scholars to explore what Jewish texts and thought can teach us about how we might understand and experience God, God’s role in Jewish history, and what it means to be in relationship with the divine.

Topics will include:
“Did God Write the Torah—and If Not, Does Torah Still Matter?”
“God as the Oneness of All Being: Reflections on Jewish Mystical Theology”
“God of the Faithful, God of the Faithless: Belief and Doubt in Prayer”
“Demanding or Disengaging: How to Respond When God Turns Away?”
