Program

The program in Jewish Art and Visual Culture, the first of its kind in the United States, was established to train art historians and curators for scholarly and museum work in the burgeoning number of Jewish museums and exhibitions around the world.

It provides specialized training in the field of Jewish art and visual culture and serious study opportunities for those interested in deepening their knowledge of the Jewish contribution to the visual arts. Internships are available at the Jewish Museum and the Special Collections of The Library of The Jewish Theological Seminary.
