Rabbi Andrea Merow (LC ’92, RS ’97, DS ’97) and Rabbi David Glanzberg-Krainin (RS ’94) received a 2018 Seeds of Innovation grant for their Center for Spiritual Well-being, which is headquartered at Beth Sholom Congregation in Elkins Park, PA. In November 2018, they held a workshop called “Positive Judaism: Where the Science of Wellbeing and Happiness Meet Jewish Living,” which discussed how insights from positive psychology and Jewish tradition can create new opportunities for wholeness and well-being in today’s world. The center has scheduled several events through the end of the year.
