We’re Grateful to Beth Torah Congregation in Hyattsville, MD

How do we understand the success of a congregation that no longer exists? Synagogues should teach Torah. They should bring people closer to God. Beth Torah Congregation, a successful synagogue for 73 years, closed last December. The generous gift that Beth Torah Congregation made to Torah Fund exemplifies their members’ love of Torah and their recognition of the importance of educating future Conservative/Masorti clergy and lay leaders.
