An Online Course with Rabbi Eliezer Diamond

Thursdays, May 6, 13, 20, 27, at 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET

It is hard to feel truly contented. In this class we will follow the approach of the Mussar tradition, which posits that to achieve a state of contentment we need to do the work of acquiring dispositions and habits that can give our life meaning and balance. To make progress towards this goal in our own lives, we will learn ways to develop four middot, character traits: compassion (rahmanut), gratitude (hakarat hatovov), equanimity (yishuv hada’at), and mindfulness (kavvanah).
