Shavuot is the holiday that celebrates the Jewish people receiving the Torah. One way we celebrate is by staying up all night to immerse ourselves in Torah study as a way to prepare for that moment. This learning is called a tikkun Shavuot.
Join us for our Shavuot “Pre-Kun,” geared toward college students and folks in their 20s, a week packed with various learning sessions taking place daily in the week leading up to Shavuot.
Our pre-kun will be taught by different JTS Rabbinical School students. Sessions will take place between the hours of noon and 9 p.m., with different schedules and teachers featured daily.
Note: You are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as you’d like. Emails will be sent out the morning before the session with Zoom links.
