A VIRTUAL CONVERSATION

If you are a Davidson alum who identifies as female and cares deeply about issues surrounding gender in Jewish organizations, gender equity as it relates to salary, advancement, professional recognition, models of leadership, organizational culture, and more, then this Alumni Circle is for you.

During these virtual conversations (through Zoom) we will begin naming the key issues and utilizing the use of a protocol to model discussion of a challenge. Confidentiality will be asked of all participants so that we create a safe space. 

Note: You are encouraged to attend this Alumni Circle even if you did not attend the previous one.
