This webinar is for William Davidson School alumni.
Join us for this important webinar (through Zoom), as we explore gender equity in your organizations and discuss core values as well as sources of resistance to change. We will also share with you what we at the Leadership Commons of the William Davidson School of JTS have learned and are planning as we seek to make change in the field.
We will answer such questions as:
- What are the implications for Jewish educators and leaders?
- What stories need to be told to move us to action?
- What might that action look like to create lasting change in our communities and institutions?
- Share strategies, policies and specific practices that promote gender equity in organizational culture
This webinar will be led by Dr. Andrea Jacobs, the project director for Women in Jewish Leadership Initiative and the co-founder of Rally Point for Collaborative Change.
