If you are seeking entry into a degree program, you should complete a matriculated application and the FAFSA—the FAFSA is for research purposes only. If you are interested in taking courses without enrolling in a degree program, you should complete a nonmatriculated application.

Matriculated Student Information

Matriculated MA students may apply for the spring or the fall, while EdD students may only apply for the fall. We accept and review MA applications for admissions and funding on a rolling basis until May 1 of each year. Full time EdD applicants are accepted until March 1.

The executive doctoral program begins every other year. We will accept applications in the fall of 2012, for the 2013-2014 academic year. The application deadline is January 2.

It is in your best interest to apply as early as possible as space for all programs does fill up, and funding, though merit-based, is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Davidson School requires that all accepted applicants submit their online enrollment forms and tuition deposits by June 1. The executive doctoral deadline for enrollment may be earlier.

Merit Funding

If you are applying as a matriculated student to the MA program, you will automatically be considered for a generous Davidson School merit fellowship. If you are applying to our full-time EdD program, you will automatically be considered for a Davidson School merit fellowship and a living stipend.

Nonmatriculated students and part-time doctoral students are not eligible for Davidson School merit-based funding; however, part-time doctoral students taking 6 or more credits per semester may apply for student loans.

Nonmatriculated Student Information

Nonmatriculated students may enroll in the fall or the spring. Funding is not available for nonmatriculated students. The fall deadline is June 1 and the spring deadline is December 1.
