Woman of Achievement Award Form

This award honors a member who has made a particularly significant contribution to the growth of Sisterhood and to the development of Women's League and/or Torah Fund.

The award will be beautifully inscribed with the name of the individual being honored and the name of the Sisterhood. Please allow six weeks for preparation.

A Sisterhood gift to Torah Fund should be made in the recipient's honor.
