Students may develop their leadership skills by becoming involved in their school student organization, or becoming active in Keshet-JTS, Isha El Akhota: The JTS Women's Center, or the JTS Eco-Reps.
Each of our five schools has an active student organization that plans activities, represents student interests, and builds community within each school and throughout JTS. The organizations are run by student leaders, and they are always looking for students to get involved, either by planning programs or taking leadership roles. The President's Council, a committee of all five student organization leaders, meets regularly with the Office of Student Life and other members of the JTS administration to discuss joint programming ideas and ways to make life at JTS more rewarding for all students.
