Whether you graduated last year or ten years ago, the director of Career Development is available to assist YAD members with career issues ranging from relocation and transition to résumé writing and interview protocol. In-person or telephone appointments, (212) 678-8826, can be scheduled to meet alumni needs.
Alumni can connect with members of the List College Advisory Board for additional career-related assistance. The Advisory Board includes a wealth of professionals in many different fields who can help in career development.
All List College alumni should join our Facebook and LinkedIn groups where you can network with fellow alumni, attend events, and see job postings geared to JTS grads.
List College alumni have full access to alumni career services offered by Columbia University and Barnard College.
Alumni are encouraged to reach out to these offices and also to attend programs and career sessions at either institution to further assist their efforts.
Whether you are starting a career search or relocating to a new city, the director of Career Development can help you connect with List alumni in your area of professional or geographic interest—even abroad.
List College hosts two YAD listservs: L-YAD-Announce, for all alumni, and L-YAD-Israel, for alumni who are living in Israel.
To be added to either listserv, please email Melissa Friedman. You can also reach out to your local Columbia or Barnard alumni group. Double Degree alumnae have access to all three organizations.
"Daniel exemplifies the List College mission of cultivating Jewish leaders through his commitment to innovation and enrichment for Jewish young adults.
An outstanding board member, webmaster, and pro-bono chief technology officer for Hazon, Daniel has also been one of the mainstays of the List College Young Alumni Division. He infuses our annual retreat with imaginative programming, raises funds from fellow alumni for new initiatives, and mentors current students and recent graduates. We are so proud of all that Daniel has achieved in the years since graduation and look forward to his future contributions to the Jewish community."
