Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.

The documentary 100 Voices: A Journey Home offers a unique and moving look at Polish/Jewish history and culture and highlights its current resurgence. The story is told through the personal reflections and musical performances of a group of cantors and acclaimed composer Charles Fox who made an important and historic trip to the birthplace of cantorial music.

100 Voices: A Journey Home will give this and future generations the opportunity to learn about and re-embrace the Jewish culture that produced one of the most artistic and educated societies that once flourished in Europe. Above all, the program will celebrate the resilience and the power of Jewish life, while telling the story of two peoples who shared intertwined cultures.

Featuring close to two dozen graduates of the H. L. Miller Cantorial School and College of Jewish Music of The Jewish Theological Seminary, this documentary promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime event.
