Request Procedures

For those who may be intimidated by using audiovisual equipment, have no fear. We provide friendly, creative support and will work until all are comfortable using the equipment.

In order to best fulfill your new media needs, here are some guidelines to follow when submitting a request form:

• Retain a copy for your records.
• All requests should be submitted at least five business days prior to your event or deadline.
• For Sunday events only, requests should be submitted at least seven business days in advance.
• If you are requesting equipment/production services, please note the charges described on the form. (Faculty and staff charges are processed by including your departmental budget code in the appropriate field. For students, the Bursar's Office has to receive your payment before your order is completed.)

Tests for Multimedia Presentations

When it comes to multimedia presentations for an event, meeting, or class, we know that every detail counts—that's why we recommend working with us to test your slideshow presentation or DVD movie. Even though it may play on the equipment you have at home, it may not work on our equipment. The solution: at least one week in advance, schedule an appointment with us to perform a media test.
